Renaissance Hall is located in downtown Fargo at 650 NP Ave. The 100-year old building, formerly a farm implement warehouse and dealership, is now a state-of-the-art facility housing NDSU's Visual Arts department, major components of the Architecture and Landscape Architecture department, and the Tri-College University office. It includes studios, classrooms, a wood shop, computer laboratories, an art gallery and an outdoor sculpture area.
Klai Hall is located in downtown Fargo at 711 2nd Ave. N. The former office space for Lincoln Mutual Insurance Company was reincarnated in the fall of 2008 as a state-of-the-art facility for the Department of Architecture and Landscape Architecture. Klai Hall features studios, classrooms, a computer laboratory, laser cutter facilities, and a library for the Department of Architecture and Landscape Architecture.
